TOUCH TWINKLE TOP is a collection of no-wipe top coats with fine light-reflecting shimmer and colored translucent glitter.

The top coat adds delicate shimmering transitions, visually smooths imperfections and enhances both nude and colored nail designs. Can be used as a standalone finish. The collection includes 5 shades. Volume: 13 ml.
