TOUCH TOP RAINBOW is a decorative no-wipe top coat with shimmering yuki flakes that resemble mermaid scales or a rainbow glow.

This top coat adds softness to light shades and enhances brightness on dark colors. Under sunlight, it creates a stunning chameleon effect. The collection includes 3 shades. Volume: 13 ml.
