1. Clean the nail surface.
2. Put on the socks and secure them with the special adhesive strip.
3. Massage the feet and areas around the nails.
4. Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
5. Carefully cut the edge of the sock around the toes.
6. Treat the cuticles without removing the socks.
7. Remove the socks and wipe away any remaining emulsion from the nails and feet.
