Staleks Cuticle Nippers CLASSIC 12 5 mm

STALEKS CLASSIC 12 NC-12-5 cuticle nippers are designed for trimming cuticles and rough skin during classic and combined manicure/pedicure procedures. Hand-sharpened with a radius profile, they cut the cuticle precisely and neatly without leaving burrs or uneven edges. Intended for home use.

Cutting edges and “heel”
The NC 12-5 nippers have cutting edges 5 mm long with a medium bevel. Sharpened under a microscope on diamond wheels, they provide a clean and neat cut without cuts or burrs during manicure. After sharpening, the tool remains sharp for a long time. Nippers with a low “heel” are suitable for trimming thin and normal skin.

Handle shape and length
STALEKS CLASSIC 12 NC-12-5 cuticle nippers are comfortable to hold thanks to straight shortened handles; they easily fix between the fingers and the palm pad, are maneuverable and lightweight, suitable for small hands.

Spring
The NC-12-5 spring consists of a double plate, durable and long-lasting in use. It compresses softly, allowing control over the pressure and accuracy of the cut. The joints work smoothly, evenly distributing the load between the handles.

Material
The nippers are made of high-alloy medical steel. This is a strong metal resistant to deformation and wear even with active use. The steel cutting edges maintain sharpness for a long time and are designed for precise, neat cutting without extra effort.

The surface of the nippers is polished to a shine. The tool is polished in two stages: first on a grinding-petal wheel with grain to remove roughness, then with GOI paste, adding gloss and corrosion protection.

Tool cleaning
After use, manicure tools must be cleaned. For home-use series nippers, STALEKS does not recommend disinfection or sterilization (cold or hot), nor the use of acids, alkalis, abrasives, or metal objects for cleaning.
