HEYLOVE Tint Neon Base — neon shades collection, bright even without white underlayer. Can be used as standalone coating in one or two layers.

The base self-levels, creates a smooth surface and elastic layer after curing. Neutral odor, pH 6.7.

Application:

1. Prepare nails: shape and buff surface.
2. Treat cuticles as desired.
3. Clean and degrease nails.
4. For long-lasting wear, apply acid primer or ultrabond.
5. Apply a layer of clear base.
6. Apply HEYLOVE Tint Neon Base and cure 60 seconds in UV/LED lamp.
7. Seal with top coat.
8. Apply cuticle oil.

Ingredients: 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate, Diphenyl phosphine oxide, Acrylates Copolymer, Silica dimethyl silylate, Mica, Pigments.

Tip: keep the open bottle away from light to prevent premature curing.
